• Open since the second half of 2022, down an alley on Ming Yan Lane in Wan Chai, three minutes from the MTR. Fifteen or so seats ring a large water bar, with a few half-outdoor ones at the front, and dogs are welcome. The Sunset Benedict is the signature — the hollandaise is built on beetroot juice, so the whole plate arrives pink rather than the usual yellow. There is a good vegetarian side, and the desserts come from other shops it works with.
