• Chef Ives and Yoyo Cheung run it, and the menu holds Spanish tapas and Italian handmade pasta on the same page. Alma is Spanish for soul. It grew out of Sooner, their café that closed; the crisp gnocchi from there survives, reworked as a tapa with alioli and brava sauce. Around it, an Iberico ham and cheese croquette, scallop crudo, burrata under spiced berries, and crab caramelle sitting in a prawn bisque.
