Notes

Hailey Wong grew up here and took on her family's dumpling tradition, then loosened the fillings considerably — ratatouille with beetroot and tomato purée, kimchi and pork, mala chicken wontons, spiced lamb with crushed potato. Pan-fried or boiled, all folded by hand. Closed Mondays.
