- A ground-floor room on Shelley Street in Central, right beside the Mid-Levels escalator, opened by the team behind the award-winning Fiata Pizza. It bakes sourdough and European pastry and pours coffee and cocktails — the sfogliatella holds a lemon-zest ricotta centre inside its layers, and there is focaccia besides. Eight in the morning until midnight, with room to sit, and pets welcome.
