• On the ground floor of Ship Street, half tapas counter and half Spanish wine bar, with the widest by-the-glass Spanish list in the city. The cooking follows Madrid and Barcelona — ham croquettes fried properly golden, anchovies picada, blistered Padrón peppers — with wagyu and foie gras sliders and acorn-fed Ibérico alongside. Sit at the counter, or take the private room over the street.
