- Karys Logue's American cake shop, which started as a pop-up in Central in 2020 before taking a fixed address. What it bakes is the home-style American repertoire — apple pie above all, then triple chocolate cake, carrot cake, New York cheesecake and pineapple upside-down — with ice cream and a banana split besides. It runs cake classes too.
