  • It started in Sai Ying Pun; the Quarry Bay room is on the ground floor of Hoi Wan Street. Australian breakfast, brunch and seafood — the fish and chips come crisp-battered and still juicy inside, and the smashed avocado arrives with smoked salmon, rocket and multigrain toast under a beetroot pesto and poached eggs. Doors at eight, nine at weekends, until ten.
