• Opened in 2024, tucked inside the studio of architecture practice LAAB — the name is short for "coffee meets art and architecture." Oak wood and clean white surfaces, with a 4.2-metre cantilevered counter so guests can watch the baristas work. Pour-over and syphon brews are taken seriously, alongside matcha drinks; signatures include a hana sour of milk-washed jasmine tea and cold brew, and a ginger-beer hot fizzy. The room doubles as a cultural venue — film screenings, workshops and exhibitions have covered LAAB's ten-year retrospective, Japanese craftsmanship and a map of Hong Kong's Brutalist buildings.
