  • The Central outpost of CUÍT in Sai Kung, down in BaseHall 02 beneath Jardine House, from the same Le Cordon Bleu-trained sisters, Tiffany and Stephanie Tse. This one deals in sandwiches to go and a shelf of good groceries — ham and cheese, mortadella, stracciatella, and one built on ginger scallion oil. Eleven until seven, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
