It started on First Street in Sai Ying Pun; the Sheung Wan room is on the ground floor of Queen's Road Central. Days are antipodean coffee and a short menu; Thursday to Saturday evenings it pours natural wine instead. Doors at half seven on weekdays, quarter past eight at weekends. Small things sit on the counter — the carrot cake is cut to exactly one coffee's worth.
