• The owner-chef trained with the team behind Taiwan's Double V before opening this compact Eastern Street shop. Gelato is made locally from scratch in small batches, with a rotating board that moves between black sesame, tofu and pistachio, fruit sorbets such as Alphonso mango, and more unusual tea and Asian-inspired combinations.
