• On the ground floor of Tai Ping Shan Street, making its chocolate from the bean up. The point is the drinking chocolate — thick, hot or iced, the way central Europe does it — poured by origin: Tanzania, Vietnam, Peru, the Philippines. There is a chilli-and-pepper chocolate and a cacao tea besides, and a double chocolate pudding worth ordering. The room is retro, and there are geese everywhere.
