Sandwiches and salads are both built to order — thirty-odd toppings to pick from, bread including a gluten-free loaf, toasted or not, and the spread your call. Sandwiches from fifty-five, salads from sixty, with a soup and a cake that change monthly. The room seats eight or ten; most people take it away.
