  • Kuma occupies Shops 108–110 on the ground floor of The Repulse Bay Shopping Centre. It is a casual, walk-in burger and gelato restaurant, with a signature beef burger accompanied by parmesan fries and yuzu sauce. The compact menu extends to crisp fried seafood and sandwiches, followed by gelato or sorbet; a sculptural monster-burger lamp anchors the room.
