• Open since 2010, with the cellar and the bistro both on Hollywood Road. The list runs to natural and biodynamic wine — additive-free, minimal sulphur, bought direct from small growers — eighteen pages of it, from southern Europe, southern Africa, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. The food stays cold: hand-cut charcuterie and seasonal cheese.
