• Ground floor of the Antung Building on Tai Wong Street East, with Gavino from Naples in the kitchen and the ingredients shipped from there too. The stone oven runs at four hundred degrees and the pizzas go in to order — margherita and vesuviana are the base, and there is the street version, the wallet pizza, folded in half to carry. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list. Closed Mondays.
