• A ground-floor room in Tuen Mun Central Square on Hoi Wing Road, behind floor-to-ceiling glass and under a ceiling two storeys up, so it never feels tight. The fit-out is natural and plain, and the kitchen does specialty coffee, all-day breakfast, carbonara and its own cakes — the crisp tiramisu and the avocado breakfast are what people order. Pets welcome; eight until six.
