  • A pop-up: dinner only, 1 July to 31 August 2026. Chef Chris Ma — TATE, Amber, MMHG — cooks over open fire and goes after the cuts nobody orders, seasoned local and regional. "Typhoon shelter" roast bone marrow, Sichuan beef tartare, crisp barramundi croquettes; off the grill, Australian wagyu bavette, New Zealand Lumina lamb loin under Taiwanese magao pepper, turbot with salted lemon and brown butter. A short run — book ahead.
