• Hong Kong's own matcha label, which opened its first flagship on Moon Street in June 2022. The tea is ceremonial grade brought straight from Uji, and the bar is open so you can watch it whisked. Beyond the straight matcha there are fruit versions — watermelon, blueberry, apple pie, yuzu — plus matcha chia yoghurt, green tea soba salad, and mooncakes when the season comes. Seats inside and a patio out front.
