• Matchali's second permanent shop opened on Lyndhurst Terrace in December 2025. The Hong Kong matcha specialist continues to whisk ceremonial-grade tea sourced from Uji at an open counter, while this Central branch adds a fuller all-day food menu: soft-boiled egg and avocado toast, matcha yoghurt and overnight oats, matcha ricotta toast, green-tea soba salad and kitsune udon. Mint-green tiles and a lilac table carry the brand's bright palette into a compact street-facing room.
