  • The one on the ninth floor of Hysan Place, laid out open with big windows and one of the better views on Hong Kong Island behind them. It mostly serves the tenants upstairs and does the basics properly — flat white, cappuccino, americano, most of them under fifty dollars. Eight to eight on weekdays, ten to six at weekends.
