• A ground-floor room on Fung Cheung Road in Yuen Long, white throughout behind floor-to-ceiling glass — open in a way that is rare in a crowded district. The Lumos is the signature, a non-alcoholic build of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe against white peach oolong, orange and osmanthus syrup. The food is all-day breakfast, pasta, bagels and sweet things, including a matcha roll filled with thick matcha cream. Seats outside, and pets welcome.
