• On the ground floor of The Forest on Nelson Street. The beans are Ethiopian and Colombian and lean fruity. What it is known for are the coloured lattes — natural food colouring worked into the milk before the art goes on, the charcoal one most photographed, with red velvet, purple yam and an espresso tonic alongside. The food is brunch: avocado toast, all-day breakfast, Mexican corn.
