Gabriele, from Florence, cooks northern — a rarity here — the bone-in cotoletta alla Milanese, fried meatballs, pumpkin gnocchi, chicken liver under Campari jelly, vitello tonnato. The list is all Italian; the cocktails are sbagliatos and negronis. Five in the evening until midnight.
