• It started as an online cheesecake shop and only took a shopfront in June 2022, on Tai Ping Shan Street. The New York cheesecake is the whole point — smooth cheese over a crisp biscuit base, and you can buy it by the slice. Beyond the plain one there are seasonal runs, black sesame and lemon meringue among them. Closed Mondays.
