A two-star dining room in Sheung Wan that tells a story per course.

Notes

  • Chef Vicky Lau's dining room — Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, then named Asia's Best Female Chef in 2015. The menu runs under the title Edible Stories: French technique turned on Chinese ingredients, each course written as an ode to one of them. Since the move to Sheung Wan the room has been built around ceramic and porcelain by makers from Hong Kong, Jingdezhen, Japan, Korea, France and the United States.
