• Ben Sears moved over from Australia only months ago and opened this to put Hong Kong flavours through Italian pasta — bone marrow macaroni under a curry wagyu brisket ragù, squid ink spaghetti, seven on the list. Every dough is made on site, from northern Italian egg pasta to squid ink linguine to a wholewheat bigoli rolled with duck eggs. Bridges Street has filled up lately; Bar Leone and a couple of Black Sheep rooms are neighbours. Closed Tuesdays, five until midnight.
