• Kit and Sammy gave up their jobs in town and opened a small shop by the Mui Wo ferry pier. Three sourdoughs — white, wholewheat and rye — all off a starter they keep themselves. Then French bread, croissants, homemade jam and pastries, with vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options, and classes for anyone who wants to bake their own. Hikers, villagers and people off the ferry all end up here.
