• On the seventh floor of Luk Yu Building on Stanley Street, Central — founded in 2015 by the Australian Ethan Newton and Hong Kong's Kenji Cheung as an offshoot of the Tokyo store. The look runs 1920s-30s American workwear turned formal: ties slung over wooden dividers, a five-seat bar tucked into the room. Bespoke tailoring goes through Naples' Sartoria Dalcuore for a broad-shouldered, tapered cut; shoes through Austria's SAINT CRISPIN'S. The accessories are gathered from further afield — Japanese vintage silverware, made-to-order eyewear, limited neckties.
