• The second branch, in Sau Wa Fong, Wan Chai — the original is on D'Aguilar Street, Central — running since 2013, a small room that reads as classic barbershop crossed with rock 'n' roll haunt. Adam Chan has sixteen-plus years in the chair and still trains apprentices on the floor. A cut runs $380, a wet shave $360, and a cut from Adam himself $420. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 11am-8pm; closed Monday.
