• Giando's Italian marketplace on Wing Fung Street, everything bought off small family farms and producers back in Italy — fruit and vegetables, cheese, wine, dried pasta. The fresh side, fresh pasta and ham and prize-winning cheese from the south, comes in by air, and the shop makes its own tomato sauce, parma ham ragù and pizza dough. Half ten in the morning until half eight at night.
